A student went to his meditation teacher and said, "My meditation is horrible! I feel so distracted, or my legs ache, or I'm constantly falling asleep. It's just horrible!"
"It will pass," the teacher said matter-of-factly.
A week later, the student came back to his teacher. "My meditation is wonderful! I feel so aware, so peaceful, so alive! It's just wonderful!'
"It will pass," the teacher replied matter-of-factly.
If we have good times now, there would be a time when it would end. On the other side, if we have bad times now, there has to be a time when it would end too. Hence we say that Change is the most consistently-constant thing in this universe. So, let us do our best and let the universe do the rest.

Sweep Your Floors...Its Never Too Late
A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?" Hands started going up.
He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the dollar bill up. He then asked, "Who still wants it?"Still the hands were up in the air.
"Well," he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.
"My friends, I wanted to tell you a simple thing. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Similarly, many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are special - Don't ever forget it!"
In the movie "Bruce Almighty", GOD says to Bruce...."Son, no matter how filthy the floor is, there would always be time to clean off the dust and that's the best part of it"...

Sleep Dilemma In Our Worklife
What is the most important phase of human life ? Any guesses. Well, perceptions differing, believe it or not, in one way or the other you have to believe that it is none other than the "Sleeping Phase". Seldom, have I found someone, who if given a chance to sleep would not do so, especially after churning themselves in all the hues and cries of this world. And when you sleep, you are in eternal bliss, completely forgetting what is going around in our solar planet.
There had been instances for me and I am sure, to you too, that we have found ourselves in a tough situation as to whether to stay awake or give in to the modest sleep. Sometimes, we win but most of the times, we lose....It all depends on the environment, frankly speaking. Here's enactment of such dilemma we face in schools, in offices etc...through a video in which the baby prairie dog family member wants to stay awake and fights the dreaded sleep with all his/her(....not sure)might....and the fighting continues...watch it and feel the intensity of.....SLEEP

Listen to the whisper ... or wait for the brick!
Good Morning...Good Afternoon and Good Night...In between all the 3 phases, we most often find ourselves in a near robotic persona doing the same things again and again and seldom paying heed to the small, little and simple things that go pass in front of our eyes. This poignant story illustrates the significance of keeping the body, mind and soul in sync with each other for that is when we give our best to our self and the universe.
A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something.
As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and drove the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown. The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car, shouting, "What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?"
The young boy was apologetic. "Please mister ... please, I'm sorry... I didn't know what else to do," he pleaded. "I threw the brick because no one else would stop...". With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car.
"It's my brother," he said.
"He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up." Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, "Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me.". Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out his fancy handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay.
"Thank you and may God bless you," the grateful child told the stranger. Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the little boy push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk towards their home. It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door.
He kept the dent there to remind him of this message : Don't go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!
God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts. Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's our choice: Listen to the whisper ... or wait for the brick!

Innocence Personified By A Kid
Place : Mayuri Marg Hanuman Temple, Hyderabad
Day and Time : Saturday, 9:00 AM
Directed By : Has To Be God
Scene : I had gone to nearby temple to pay homage to all Gods and to have one-to-one conversation with them. I had completed the darshana of Hanumanjee and Shiva Bhagwaan. Then we have Navagrahangal where all nine devatas reside. And as is the custom, I had to make 9 rounds of the place. In front of me was a father-son duo. It was hard to contemplate as to who was leading whom but mostly I felt it was the son who leaded the brigade. Now this kid, let me tell you, if my calculation are right, happened to be of 2 feet height and of say, 3 years,I guess. Anywayz, my speed was naturally slowed and I had to continue my steps based on the front duo.
Now, the main climax of the whole scene is yet to come. This small kid, while doing the rounds, was talking to his father and asking some questions in Telugu and his father was promptly answering them. Just then, there was an Arti and sounds of bells from the Hanuman Temple. This kid suddenly took off his father's hands, turned around, closed his eyes and started praying in the direction of Hanumanjee. That came so instantly that even his father took a jiffy of a second to really understand this act of this supposedly-yet-to-mature kid. And I being the spectator from behind saw something which was innocence personified at its best. I had no other choice but to smile and respect this little guy's devotion.
Hence, we say that "Bachhe Bhagwaan Ke Roop Hote Hain" and another example got added to this universal theorem.

Which Wolf do we feed
An interesting conversation was going on between the grandfather and his grandson. The small child asks as to how do we become a good person in life. His mentor replied "My son, the battle is constantly between two wolves. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
And then the master-question been asked by the little kid "Which wolf wins, grandpa?"
His grandpa simply replied, "The one you feed."
Let us all make an honest attempt to feed the good wolf in us and let the other being starve to death. Stay connected to what is right and the right will pave to more rights in our world.

Sneezing Baby Panda Scares Her Mom
When your batteries are done and you tend to look for alternatives to rejuvenate yourself, what else could be the best option than to look after for something which would make you laugh to the core and let you fall from the bed/sofa/chair.
From hereon, I would be adding some real natural hilarios videos under the category called "Laughing Stocks".
This is a short instant video wherein a baby panda sneeze scares her mother so much that her body shakes due to the impact. She stops munching the leaves and is awe-stuck for some duration as to whether the sound was from her baby..really. Have a look at it and enjoy :
What I see from this video is that no matter how small you look yourself in the midst of a situation, you always have the ability to surprise even the biggest of the matter...so just believe in the power of sneezing out all your inherent hurdles and let others be in awe

Keep The Faith With You Always
Sometimes life is pretty hard to understand. Things sometimes work well for you and sometimes it doesn't. But the most heartening fact is that despite giving your best when you don’t get the due, you feel bad and you feel why to continue the same.
Life's games are hard to solve, no doubt. I had my own ups and downs and would comprehend most of the time wrongly as to what was the intention of life to be as it is. And after years when I look back, it becomes clearer as to what was the real fact of that happening to happen.
My take is let life unravel itself one by one all its chapters and pages to us in its own time but we should have faith in life that things would be fine enough one day for sure. And keep that faith for all the time, i.e. 24x7x365xNo. of Years We Live.
Even if things get better or not, but you would be sure of one thing: You would live more in every aspect of your life throughout. And that is how it should be. Let Good Will prevail on all of us.

Agneepath
The Bollywood superstar of the century --- Amitabh Bachhaan. Every one knows a thing or two about his struggles and his endearing sheer intensity of putting life to all the characters he played. Indeed, a living legend he is.
He had come to a TV program as a guest judge and was asked to recite something in his remarkable voice. He recited a poem by his father, Harivansh Rai Bachhaan. His baritone voice was a perfect match to the poem, which was having a motivational quotient in it. Following was the poem and feel the aroma of feel-goodness:

Hope Keeps Us Alive
Good things never die,
Bad things never last,
Choosing between the two,
Is the goal of our Cast
Life is not a bed of roses,
Everywhere there are contrasting forces,
To live it is itself a big challenge,
Be simple and take It as it is
There are times when nothing goes right,
Whatever is done with head or might,
I would say, just remember the kite,
Rising against the wind and be lite
Giving up, at bad times, is the notion,
Which actually & truly hinders our motion,
Whatever be the result, just try,
No matter, at some time, you will fly
When the best does not come,
And the Worst is the only chance,
Don’t make the mistake of being sad,
Put on a smile, & trust, you will be glad
